Volunteer Registration Process

Registration is a straightforward process that takes just a few minutes. Enter your email address and select the orange continue button.

New volunteers: You will be asked to provide your first name, last name, and choose a username. Please do not use all capital letters; Capitalize the just first letter of your first and last name, unless your legal name contains multiple capital letters.  

We’ll then send a 6-digit verification code to your email—simply enter this code to confirm your email address.

Once your email is verified, you’ll complete a quick identity verification. Just follow the prompts to scan your ID using your phone or webcam and take a selfie.  After successful verification, you’ll be sent to our online volunteer sign up form.  

If the system can’t verify your identity, we need to do a manual verification.  This process can take up to two days.  Please watch your email for updates from our office. 

Once we know who you are, we run a background check and review your sign up form.  You may receive periodic updates from the office.  If you screen your phone calls, please make sure to check your voicemail and get back to us.

Returning volunteers: If you need to register again, you will be sent to the sign up form.  If you’re already setup, you’ll get a message your account is already active – you can just login.
