Achieving Dreams strives to increase the ability of youth and adults to grow and succeed in our community by providing funding for their participation in organized activities that engage in the positive building of self-esteem, personal development, artistic inspiration and education.
Registration is a straightforward process that takes just a few minutes. Enter your email address and select the orange continue button.
New volunteers: You will be asked to provide your first name, last name, and choose a username. Please do not use all capital letters; capitalize just the first letter of your first and last name, unless your legal name contains multiple capital letters.
We’ll then send a 6-digit verification code to your email—simply enter this code to confirm your email address.
Once your email is verified, the next step is to verify your identity. You’ll see a link to book a short virtual meeting with our office, and we’ll email you the same link so you can schedule whenever it’s convenient. During the meeting we’ll do the verification, talk through whether the Achieving Dreams volunteer program is a good fit for you, and try to answer any questions you may have.
Please have a government-issued photo ID with you for the meeting. You’ll simply hold it up to your camera—there’s nothing to upload, and we do not keep a copy. If you are under the age of 18, please make sure you have a parent or guardian attend the meeting with you.
Your registration stays on hold until the meeting is complete, so please book at your earliest convenience. After the meeting, we’ll send you a link to our online volunteer sign up form.
Once we know who you are, we run a background check and review your sign up form. You may receive periodic updates from the office. If you screen your phone calls, please make sure to check your voicemail and get back to us.
Returning volunteers: If you need to register again, you will be sent to the sign up form. If you’re already set up, you’ll get a message that your account is already active—you can just log in.
