US Bank Stadium is using a new credentialing system this year.
You must go to the NFL accreditation site, upload a recent headshot photo of yourself with a plain background, and accept Applicable NLF Terms and a Consent for Biometric Authentication.
Tips:
- Affiliated Organization is Aramark (NOT Achieving Dreams)
- Job Title should be Achieving Dreams Volunteer
- For your photo, be sure you are not wearing glasses or a hat.
The US Bank uniform consists of the following elements:
• Professional style black pants, in a woven or twill fabric, such as Docker or Dickies brand. NO Denim/Jeans/gym clothes/shiny fabrics or logos are permitted.
• No Shorts, denim/black jeans/gym clothes/shiny fabrics/tripes or logos are permitted.
• Black shoes are required, slip-resistant soles are HIGHLY recommended, but any shoe worn must be closed-toe and closed heel.
• Black US Bank uniform polo. You can purchase a shirt that will be yours to keep, or you can check a shirt out at the event. Please wear a black t-shirt with no logos visible in case there are no shirts to check out. If you check out a shirt, you will be responsible for returning it and for any charges incurred.
• Achieving Dreams Hat, which is obtained from the stand manager the first time you volunteer. The hat cost will be deducted from the donation for that event. You must bring your hat each time you volunteer or will have to obtain a new hat, and occur another deduction, if it lost or forgotten.
For 2024, U.S. Bank Stadium offers discounted parking ($5) for a limited number of volunteers at the Gateway Ramp for select events. Achieving Dreams gets a limited number of validation codes and will offer them to volunteers who are carpooling. The more riders, the higher the chance you will get a code.
Full Rate parking is always available to volunteers in the Gateway Ramp
Ramp Address: 400 3rd Street South Minneapolis, MN 55415
BETTER OPTION
One of Achieving Dreams volunteers has arranged to offer our volunteers discounted parking with SP+ Parking at the Capella Tower ramp
225 S 6th Street (Entrance and Exit is on 7th Street)
This is for underground heated parking a half mile away from the stadium and should be easier to enter and exit during events than the Gateway Ramp. During events the rate is $20 if you arrive and pay when they exit.
She can offer a special rate for Achieving Dreams volunteers if they set up an account to be billed monthly for each time they park. The rate will be $6 per event. There would be a one time fee of $30 for an access card.
Please note this is only for Achieving Dreams volunteers and the special rate is only valid for US Bank Stadium events. If they use the parking cards on any other day normal rates will be charged.
To setup an access card, please email Laura Windhurst lwindhurst@spplus.com
Volunteers can also leverage the ABC Ramps if you have carpool parking for Twins. The light rail between downtown stops is just 50 cents each way.
If you are carpooling and want to park at the Gateway Ramp, you must have received an email with the code.
At the time of entry, the pass must be shown, and you must pay the $5.00 charge. It is payment card only – no cash. Each pass can only be used once. Anyone found misusing the passes will cause our whole group to lose access to the parking program.
Volunteers must enter U.S. Bank Stadium via the Skyway Entrance located inside of the Mills Fleet Farm Ramp.
If not already in the skyway, enter Mills Fleet Farm Ramp, at the southeast corner of South 4th St and Chicago, right across from the light rail station.
Ascend the escalator to the skyway level.
Once in the skyway, you will obtain your credentials. For NFL events, you will obtain your NFL Credential from one of our Achieving Dream’s volunteers. Look for someone with our Achieving Dream’s group hats handing out credentials.
For all other events, you will check in to an obtain a wrist band.
You will proceed through security and over the skyway entrance into US Bank Stadium. Follow the signs to Aramark Check-in at Section 118.
Follow signs to Aramark check-in at section 118 once you enter the stadium from the skyway. There will be several tables with people at laptop computers. Tell them your name and that you are with Achieving Dreams.
If you are directed by the check-in people to a stand different than what was on the Achieving Dreams’ gate list, just say “Thank you” and go to the stand indicated on the Achieving Dreams gate list. Please do not argue with the people at check-in.
Make sure to let the Achieving Dreams manager they expected you in a different location, and they will coordinate with the other managers to make sure you are in the right place.
IF YOU DO NOT CHECK-IN AT SECTION 118 YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DONATION!
Go to your stand: 100 level stands (Example. 132, 101, etc.) are located on the same level as check-in. Walk around until you find the section that matches your stand number. Stand 132, for example, is in front of section 132. (See the green star below)
300 level stands are on the upper concourse, so take the escalators up to the top level and again locate your stand number as it corresponds to the same section number in the stadium.
If you have trouble finding your location, please call your stand manager or the point person indicated on the gate list. If you don’t get a message, try calling a few times, as the stand manager may be busy or unable to answer.
Sign-In: When you arrive at your assigned stand, you should find the stand manager and sign two sheets.<br><br>
- The Achieving Dreams sign-in sheet. You must sign your own name to this sheet and indicate your arrival time to the stand (not the check-in line or parking lot).
- Alcohol Acknowledgement form: Anyone serving alcohol must sign.
If you are new, you should be assigned a buddy to help you. If you do not receive a buddy assignment, please ask one of the managers. It is their responsibility to assign buddies, but sometimes they don’t know you are new or may be busy at the time you signed in.
After signing in, you should be given a role and/or setup task. Most jobs are POS attendants, taking customer orders and payment and serving beer. A limited number of backup/runner and kitchen jobs are available. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to serve alcohol, so must be a runner/backup.
You should use the checklists to help you complete the task successfully. If you are new, please ask another volunteer or the stand manager for help.
Aramark provides a meal voucher worth $15.00 to NPO volunteers and can be used in many, but not all locations in the stadium. Tax is no longer included in item prices, so if you order comes to more than $15, you will be required to pay the difference with a credit card.
We are not permitted to purchase candy with the meal voucher.
Breaks are to be taken before the gates open. Under some circumstances, staff may be required to break later, for example if the kitchen is behind getting ready or to serve other employees on break. Please report back to the stand at least 10 minutes before gates, or when directed to be back by the stand manager.
While USBS make
During the event, if you find you need a restock on items, such as cups or notice items running low, such as pretzels or popcorn, let your stand manager know. Do your best to keep your area clean and organized. If the front counters need attending, either try to clean them up or ask the stand manager if anyone else is available.
All end of the event, everyone must help clean, even if you have completed cleaning your immediate area. All checklists must be turned into the floor manager. Once verified, you will sign out by writing your shift end time on the Achieving Dreams sign-in sheet.
Leaving from the Legacy Gates you will be able to walk across the plaza to the Mills Fleet Farm Ramp back up to the Skyway.
If you wish to exit the stadium using the Skyway, employees are encouraged to make their way up to the main concourse using the P11 stairs.
