There is no discounted parking for Williams Arena.

Checking the parking info will allow you to choose where you would like to park. For those locations not listed for a particular event/day, regular parking rates are in effect. We were told most volunteers typically have no difficulty finding places to park at the normal rates or even often arrive early enough that the Event Rate has not started.
Williams Arena is also just a couple of blocks from both campus light rail stations.

If you are new, you should be assigned a buddy to help you. If you do not receive a buddy assignment, please ask the manager.
After signing in, you should be given a role and/or setup task. Most jobs are POS attendants, taking customer orders and payment and serving beer. A limited number of backup/runner and kitchen jobs are available.
You should use the checklists to help you complete the task successfully. If you are new, please ask another volunteer or the stand manager for help.
You will take your meal break before gates open, as there will not be time later on.
You will just choose a meal from your stand, but must tell the stand manager so the item can be recorded on the gratis sheet.
Your break is no longer than 15 minutes – from the time you are told it starts – not from the time you may receive food.
Please report back to the stand promptly so that all volunteers will have time to break.
After the stand meeting, we will finish any remaining setup tasks, make sure the stand is clean and organized and begin serving food for volunteers. ‘
At the end of the event, everyone must help clean. All checklists must be turned into the stand manager. Once verified, you will sign out by writing your shift end time on the Achieving Dreams sign-in sheet
